Paper Ink
We have started selling "Paper Ink," a product developed based on "Seika paper," a traditional craft from Kusatsu City, Shiga Prefecture.
"Aohana paper" is made by soaking Japanese paper in the pigment of the aobana flower, the flower of Kusatsu City. Its traditional production method involves applying the juice of the aobana flower to the Japanese paper, drying it in the sun, and repeating this process many times, a laborious process that is hard to imagine today.

We also offer a set product that can be used with a glass pen and a small plate. Please enjoy the vivid blue color that is unique to natural Aobana.
