These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") stipulate the conditions for providing the Service and the rights and obligations between the Company and registered users. To use the Service, you must read the entire text of the Terms and agree to the Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

1. The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions for providing the Service and the rights and obligations between the Company and Registered Users regarding the use of the Service, and they apply to all relationships between Registered Users and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

2. In the event of any discrepancy between the contents of these Terms and any explanation of the Service outside these Terms, the provisions of these Terms shall take precedence.

Article 2 (Definition)

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings set forth below:

(1) "Service Agreement" means the agreement for the use of this Service concluded between the Company and the Registered User with this Agreement as its terms and conditions.

(2) "Intellectual Property Rights" means copyrights, patents, utility model rights, design rights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights (including the right to acquire such rights or to apply for registration, etc. of such rights).

(3) "Posted Data" means content (including, but not limited to, text, images, videos, and other data) that a Registered User posts or otherwise transmits using the Service.

(5) "Our Website" means the website operated by our company with the domain "tagstationery.jp" (including the website after any change to the domain or content of our website for any reason).

(6) "Registered User" means an individual or corporation that has been registered as a user of this Service pursuant to Article 3 (Registration).

(7) "This Service" means the service named fumifumi (文文, ふみふみ) provided by our company (if the name or content of the service is changed for any reason, this includes the service after such change).

Article 3 (Registration)

1. Anyone who wishes to use this Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant") may apply to the Company for registration to use this Service by agreeing to abide by these Terms and Conditions and by providing the Company with certain information specified by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Registration Details") in a manner specified by the Company.

2. The Company shall determine whether or not to approve the registration of the applicant who has applied for registration under paragraph 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Registration Applicant") in accordance with the Company's standards, and if the Company approves the registration, the Registration Applicant shall be notified accordingly. The Registration of the Registration Applicant as a Registered User shall be considered complete upon the Company's notification under this paragraph.

3. Upon completion of the registration set forth in the preceding paragraph, a service agreement will be established between the Registered User and our company, and the Registered User will be able to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

4. If the registration applicant falls under any of the following items, the Company may refuse registration or re-registration and is under no obligation to disclose the reasons therefor.

(1) If there is any falsehood, error or omission in any part or whole of the registration information provided to the Company

(2) If the person is a minor, an adult ward, a person under curatorship or assistance, and has not obtained the consent of a legal representative, guardian, curator or assistant.

(3) If the Company determines that you are a member of an antisocial force (meaning an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a right-wing group, an antisocial force, or any other person equivalent thereto; the same applies below), or that you have some kind of interaction or involvement with an antisocial force, such as cooperating or participating in the maintenance, operation or management of an antisocial force through funding or other means.

(4) If the Company determines that the individual is a person who has violated a contract with the Company in the past or a related party to such a contract.

(5) If you have been subject to any of the measures set out in Article 10

(6) Any other case in which the Company determines that registration is inappropriate.

Article 4 (Changes to registered information)

If there are any changes to the registered information, the Registered User must notify the Company of such changes without delay in a manner specified by the Company.

Article 5 (Password and User ID Management)

1. Registered Users shall, at their own responsibility, properly manage and supplement their passwords and user IDs for the Service, and shall not allow a third party to use them, or lend, transfer, change the name of, buy or sell them.

2. Registered users shall be liable for any damages incurred as a result of insufficient management of passwords or user IDs, errors in use, or use by a third party.

Article 6 (Fees and Payment Methods)

1. In consideration of the use of the Service, the Registered User shall pay to the Company the usage fee separately determined by the Company and displayed on the Company's website, by the payment method designated by the Company.

Article 7 (Prohibited matters)

When using the Service, Registered Users must not engage in any of the following acts or acts that the Company determines to fall under any of the following items.

(1) Any act that violates laws and regulations or is related to a criminal act

(2) Fraudulent or threatening acts against the Company, other users of the Service, or other third parties

(3) Any act that violates public order and morals.

(4) Any act that infringes on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, reputation, or other rights or interests of the Company, other users of the Service, or other third parties.

(5) Sending any information that corresponds to or is deemed by the Company to correspond to any of the following to the Company or other users of the Service through the Service:

- Information that contains excessively violent or cruel content

- Information containing computer viruses or other harmful computer programs

- Information that contains expressions that damage the reputation or credibility of our company, other users of the Service, or other third parties

- Information that contains excessively obscene language

- Information that includes expressions that promote discrimination

- Information that includes expressions encouraging suicide or self-harm

- Information that includes expressions that encourage the inappropriate use of drugs

- Information that includes anti-social expressions

- Information that includes expressions that offend others

(16) Providing benefits to antisocial forces, etc.

(17) Any act aimed at meeting members of the opposite sex who the person has not met

(18) Any act that directly or indirectly induces or facilitates any of the acts listed above.

(19) Attempting any of the acts listed above.

Article 8 (Suspension of the Service, etc.)

(3) If the operation of the Service becomes impossible due to force majeure, such as an earthquake, lightning, fire, storm or flood damage, power outage, or other natural disaster.

(4) Any other case in which the Company determines it necessary to suspend or interrupt the Service.

Article 9 (Ownership of Rights)

2. If any of the items in the preceding paragraph applies to the Registered User, all of the debts owed to the Company shall automatically become due and payable, and the Registered User shall immediately pay all of such debts to the Company.

Article 11 (Withdrawal)

1. A Registered User may withdraw from the Service and cancel his/her registration as a Registered User by completing the procedures specified by the Company.

2. When a Registered User withdraws from the Service, if the Registered User has any debts owed to the Company, all such debts shall automatically become due and payable, and the Registered User shall immediately pay all such debts to the Company.

3. The handling of user information after withdrawal shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 15.

Article 12 (Changes to and Termination of the Service)

1. We may change the content of this service or terminate its provision at our discretion.

2. If the Company terminates the provision of the Service, the Company shall notify the Registered Users in advance.

Article 13 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Exemption from Liability)

1. The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Service will conform to the specific purpose of the Registered User, that it has the expected functions, commercial value, accuracy or usefulness, that the use of the Service by the Registered User will comply with the laws and regulations or internal regulations of industry associations that are applicable to the Registered User, that it will be available continuously, or that there will be no malfunctions.

2. The Company shall not be liable to compensate for any damage suffered by a Registered User in connection with the Service in an amount exceeding the amount of the consideration paid by the Registered User to the Company during the past twelve months, and shall not be liable to compensate for any incidental, indirect, special, future, or lost profit damages.

3. The Registered User shall be solely responsible for resolving any transactions, communications, disputes, etc. that arise between the Registered User and other Registered Users or third parties in connection with the Service or our website.

Article 14 (Confidentiality)

The Registered User shall treat in confidence any non-public information disclosed by the Company in connection with the Service with the request that the Registered User treat it in confidence, unless the Registered User has given prior written consent of the Company.

Article 15 (Handling of User Information)

1. The handling of the user information of the Registered User by the Company shall be governed by the provisions of the separate Company Privacy Policy ( https://tagstationery.pro/pages/privacy ), and the Registered User agrees that the Company will handle the user information of the Registered User in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Our company may, at its discretion, use and disclose any information, data, etc. provided by the Registered User to our company as statistical information in a form that does not identify individuals, and the Registered User may not object to this.

Article 16 (Changes to these Terms, etc.)

Our company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions if we deem it necessary. When changing these terms and conditions, we will notify the Registered User of the effective date and content of the changed terms and conditions by posting on our website or other appropriate means. However, if the changes require the consent of the Registered User under law, we will obtain the consent of the Registered User in a manner specified by our company.

Article 17 (Contact/Notice)

1. Inquiries regarding the Service and other communications or notices from Registered Users to the Company, and notices regarding changes to these Terms and Conditions and other communications or notices from the Company to Registered Users, shall be made in the manner specified by the Company.

2. If the Company contacts or notifies the Registered User via the email address or other contact details included in the Registration Information, the Registered User will be deemed to have received such contact or notification.

Article 18 (Transfer of status under the service contract)

1. Registered Users may not assign, transfer, pledge or otherwise dispose of their status under the Service Agreement or their rights or obligations under this Agreement to a third party without the prior written consent of the Company.

2. In the event that the Company transfers the business related to the Service to another company, the Company may transfer to the transferee the status under the Service Agreement, the rights and obligations under these Terms, and the registered information and other customer information of the Registered User, and the Registered User shall be deemed to have consented to such transfer in advance under this paragraph. The business transfer set forth in this paragraph shall include not only normal business transfers, but also company splits and any other cases in which the business is transferred.

Article 19 (Severability)

Even if any provision or part of any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remaining part of the provision that is determined to be invalid or unenforceable shall continue in full force and effect.

Article 20 (Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms and the Service Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

2. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
