- The leather used by REEL is mainly Vachetta leather, which is tanned by hand one by one by a long-established tanner in Santa Croce, a city that represents leather in Italy. The tanning agent is made from oil made from 100% plant-based raw materials extracted from surplus wood during the manufacture of furniture and paper, with consideration for environmental protection. The raw hides used are from the meat processing process, and the vegetable-tanned leather, which is rich in oil, will become more lustrous the more you use it, allowing you to enjoy the aging process.
