Business hours and holidays

Business hours: Phone inquiries are accepted from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
・If you contact us by email after 18:00, we will respond on the next business day.

*We may be able to answer the phone after 6:00 p.m., but as we do not have any staff to take orders, we are generally unable to answer questions about the online shop.
We appreciate your understanding in advance.

Regarding regular holidays , we are closed every Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.
-We will inform you of long holidays and temporary closures on our homepage.

*We accept orders and inquiries via our online shop even on holidays and outside of business hours, but product shipments, phone calls, and replies to inquiries will be handled on business days.
